Briefly describe the main purpose of the job.
The Associate Project Manager provides effective and responsive administrative/project execution to support the business operations and strategic project activities in the Renal Care business unit, including but not limited to product quality improvement, manufacturing transformation, operational intelligence and business development.
Briefly describe the major tasks / responsibilities
- Manage/Assist communication with internal stakeholders
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring timely execution and readiness
- Design and develop model of the business analysis, such as analyze quotes success rate, demonstrate teams achievement etc.
- Provide report of project progress and escalate issues to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education：Bachelor degree above from renowned university.Prefermaster degree major in business or life science.
- Relevant Experience: 2~3 years’ working experience, including more than 1 year working experience in renowned consulting firms, healthcare companies, FMCG or creative vendors
- Personality or value: Demonstrate Baxter’s Speed, Simplicity, Courage, Collaboration
- Knowledge & skills:
- Business & Industry knowledge
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Strong PowerPoint and excel skills
- Strong business analytic skills and business case development skills
