MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.  Events application and logistic work execution 

a.  Event application via company systems

b.  Certificate documents collection/preparation for compliance  review

c.  Event logistic planning/execution (HCPs, speakers, etc.)

d.  After-event documents submission for compliance review

2.  Partnership program (with KOLs) application and logistic  follow up

3.  Purchase process execute 

a.  Vendor selection for keynotes preparation, event execution,  etc.

b.  PO placement and follow-up and other relevant purchase  processes

4.  Logistic management for global visits, workshops, e.g., meeting organization, meeting minutes, and  follow-ups.

5.  Administrative  support of daily scheduling, travel management, expense claim making,  coordination and communications on behalf of bPVU head

6.  Support bPVU  head in budget and OPEX management, team administration and coordination

7.  Assist in  preparing presentations and correspondences through MS Office (Word, PPT,  Excel)

8.  Maintains  contact and relationship with internal and external stakeholders and their  assistants

                                                        9.    As coordinator, support bPVU head in bringing  value to patients reinforcing the quality and processes according to UCB rules,  quality and compliance

JOB PROFILE (Education & Experience)

1.College degree, majors in English or  Administrations preferred

    2.Minimum of three years' experience as an Executive  Assistant in providing secretarial and/or administrative support to BU heads,  functional heads or similar positions in MNC companies
