職位描述

工作職責：

l 完成公司年度所轄區域的銷售指標；

l 對代理商的分銷渠道進行調整，提高競爭力及協調管理能力；

l 與新代理商完成合同條款，簽訂合同；

l 協助代理商拓展市場，達成銷售指標；

l 參與產品的招投標；

l 對代理商和醫院相關科室進行產品知識和銷售技巧的培訓；

l 與重點客戶建立良好的長期合作關系；

l 制定明確的區域發展計劃，配合代理商確定重點推廣產品和市場活動。

能力要求：

l 熟練掌握產品知識；

l 出色的溝通能力；

l 區域管理能力— 通過有效的活動在負責區域中實現銷售目標；

l 掌握競爭性拜訪的能力,，熟悉競爭產品的相關知識；

l 獨立的完成常規的推廣活動；

l 有效管理區域中的客戶。

任職資格：

l 醫學、藥學、生物、醫學工程或相關領域專科以上學歷；

l 2年以上醫藥行業銷售工作經驗，醫療器械經驗者優先；

l 性格開朗、反應敏捷、表達能力強，具有較強的溝通能力及交際技巧，具有親和力；

l 具備一定的市場分析及判斷能力，良好的客戶服務意識；

l 有責任心，能承受較大的工作壓力。
