在自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目中，作為核心技術(shù)力量，與設(shè)備供應(yīng)商一起參與自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審，設(shè)備安裝。 主導(dǎo)設(shè)備的驗(yàn)證和持續(xù)改進(jìn)。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責(zé)） 

• Responsible for Automation Equipment acquisition and implementation in BD Suzhou plant；負(fù)責(zé)碧迪蘇州工廠自動(dòng)化設(shè)備的引入和項(xiàng)目實(shí)施；
• Accountable for automation project implementation including process (engineering) development, prototype development, cost estimation, Project planning and resourcing, Equipment specification development, vendor selection, design reviews, buy-off, installation and process validation in Suzhou plant；自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目的具體實(shí)施包括：工藝過程（工程實(shí)現(xiàn)）的開發(fā)，工程原型機(jī)的開發(fā)，成本評(píng)估，項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃和資源配置，設(shè)備規(guī)格要求的制定，供應(yīng)商的選擇，設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審，購買，及在蘇州工廠的安裝和工藝過程的驗(yàn)證；
• Work with equipment suppliers and internal customers to facilitate smooth technology transfer and ensure GMP compliance；能很好地保障設(shè)備供應(yīng)商和內(nèi)部設(shè)備最終用戶之間技術(shù)傳遞的順暢，并符合GMP的要求；
• Lead Continuous Improvement projects to improve machine efficiency (OEE) and product quality；領(lǐng)導(dǎo)持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目提高設(shè)備的運(yùn)行效率（OEE）和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；
• Provide and/or facilitate technical training on automation process control and process engineering；提供和（或）保障自動(dòng)化設(shè)備工藝過程自動(dòng)化控制和工程實(shí)現(xiàn)的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)；
• Performs any other duty as assigned. 需要完成其他指派的任務(wù)。

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能） 

• 1~3years’ experience in Automation Equipment design & build industry. Any experience in designing and supporting medical device and/or food industry is advantage; 1~3年自動(dòng)化設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)和制造行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有醫(yī)療器械和（或）食品行業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)和支持的經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳；
• Fluent in both spoken and written English; 流利的英語口語和寫作能力；
• Familiar with pneumatic system, robotic (slide tables, servo drive, pick & place), cam mechanism design and debug熟悉氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，機(jī)器人機(jī)構(gòu)（滑臺(tái)，伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)，抓取&放置），凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和調(diào)試；
• 1-3years of hand on experience in assembly and debugging of automation machine is a MUST; 必須具備1~3年自動(dòng)化設(shè)備裝配和調(diào)試的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
• Technical-oriented with 1-2years Design experience Automation Equipment is preferred; 技術(shù)方面有3-4年自動(dòng)化設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳；
• Can complete the machine buy specification, can lead the design review with machine vendor from plant; 能夠獨(dú)立完成設(shè)備技術(shù)規(guī)格書，代表工廠直接參與與設(shè)備供應(yīng)商的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估；
• Good project management, teamwork and communication skill; 良好的項(xiàng)目管理，團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作和溝通能力；
• Good Documentation skills, able to document the troubleshooting and debugging guide; 良好的文檔能力，能夠?qū)⒐收吓懦驼{(diào)試指導(dǎo)文檔化；
• Bachelor degree in mechanics, electronics or industrial engineering; 具有機(jī)械，電子或工業(yè)工程學(xué)士學(xué)位；
• Willing to travel internationally in short notice. 具備接收短期通知就可進(jìn)行海外出差的條件。
• 優(yōu)秀的機(jī)械及其自動(dòng)化/電氣工程相關(guān)專業(yè)，英語六級(jí)的應(yīng)屆碩士生也可以考慮。
