職位描述

工作職責：

？負責物流經銷商、特約經銷商、普通二級經銷商的管理；

？商業指標的達成；

？與銷售團隊配合進行渠道優化管理；

？每月經銷商采購預估的收集、整理，為備貨提供參考，分析評估經銷商達成風險；

？收集、整理產品資料，為商業銷售團隊提供支持；

？配合銷售團隊完成轄區內醫院院內招標項目。

能力要求：

？思路清晰，條理性強，具備一定的數據處理和邏輯分析能力；

？能合理安排工作，具有較強的應變和快速反應；

？談判能力；

？具備良好的人際溝通技巧，執行力強；

？抗壓性強，能夠承受較大的工作強度和壓力。

任職資格：

？本科及以上學歷；

？ 3年以上銷售經驗；

？ 1年以上廠家或者代理商渠道管理工作經驗；

？有市場工作經驗優先；

？ CET-4級以上，良好的中/ 英文口頭及書面表達能力；

？熟練使用Office辦公軟件。
