POSITIONSUMMARY（職位概述）

地區銷售：貫徹制定地區計劃，根據地區特點制定區域銷售策略，完成目標醫院銷售任務。
代表管理：代表日常工作管理體系執行，包括但不限于coaching、代表匯報表格等，以及人員招聘與培養。
客戶管理：KOL管理和維護。

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責）

銷售指標：主動積極完成區域的銷售指標，做好區域業務管理包括資源分配、計劃制定、策略執行、區域竄貨和投訴處理。
客戶管理：組織建立完善的地區客戶檔案。
嚴格遵守國家合規相關法律和公司合規相關規定、規范。

SKILLSANDABILITIES（技能）

業務規劃和分析能力：能夠根據地區特點制定地區銷售計劃策略，并且能夠合理分配資源。
執行力：認真執行貫徹公司策略。
大客戶管理技能：能夠遴選大客戶并且能夠創造性的滿足客戶需求，確定正確方向。
勇于承擔責任：能夠承擔責任。
人際關系敏感度。

DESIRABLE（優先條件）

本科以上學歷。
3年以上銷售經驗，2年及以上相關行業管理工作經驗。
