職位簡介:
- 在指定的目標(biāo)醫(yī)院開展所負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的銷售及技術(shù)指導(dǎo)；掌握產(chǎn)品知識，負(fù)責(zé)醫(yī)學(xué)教育和產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)；聯(lián)絡(luò)，發(fā)現(xiàn)，培養(yǎng)本地區(qū)KOL。
- 負(fù)責(zé)處理相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量投訴。
- 關(guān)注、收集所轄區(qū)域競爭對手的情況，配合相關(guān)經(jīng)理制定市場對策并實(shí)施。
主要職責(zé):
- 指導(dǎo)客戶正確使用公司的產(chǎn)品及售后服務(wù)。
- 掌握產(chǎn)品知識并負(fù)責(zé)醫(yī)學(xué)教育和產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)工作。
- 定期參加公司會議并提交相關(guān)報(bào)告。
- 嚴(yán)格遵守國家合規(guī)相關(guān)法律和公司合規(guī)相關(guān)規(guī)定、規(guī)范。
技能與能力:
- 本科學(xué)歷畢業(yè)。
- 良好的溝通技巧、演講技巧與能力、能夠承受較大工作壓力、管理大客戶能力。
- 電腦辦公軟件應(yīng)用熟練。
優(yōu)先條件:
- 護(hù)理工作及外資公司醫(yī)療耗材工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
- 誠實(shí)，勤奮，具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力與市場開拓能力。
