• 從事工廠相關(guān)的計(jì)劃性和非計(jì)劃性項(xiàng)目管理執(zhí)行工作。包括但不限于監(jiān)督并管理外部承包商的安全，質(zhì)量，項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和費(fèi)用管理。協(xié)助工程經(jīng)理完成部門及工廠所有的經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)。

   

  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

   Project Management 項(xiàng)目管理

• To conduct and manage CB2 projects and ensure the project meet requirement

  主導(dǎo)和管理CB2項(xiàng)目并確保符合公司需求

• To conduct and manage unbudgeted projects and ensure the project meet requirement

  主導(dǎo)和管理非計(jì)劃性項(xiàng)目并確保符合公司需求

• Control and manage the project expense accounts assigned to ensure compliance to budget.

  控制和管理項(xiàng)目的開支確保其能夠控制在預(yù)算范圍內(nèi)

• Lead in cost reduction activities involving utilities modification and implementation of utilities efficiency.

  主導(dǎo)廠務(wù)降低成本的項(xiàng)目，包括公用設(shè)施設(shè)備的改進(jìn)或者通過提升公用設(shè)施設(shè)備的效率。

• Plan and implement necessary validation activities for facility projects per existing process.

  根據(jù)工廠現(xiàn)有的驗(yàn)證程序，計(jì)劃和執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目過程中必要的驗(yàn)證。

• Be engaged with supervision of outsourcing sub-contractor.

  Engineering technical support 工程技術(shù)支持

• Automation technical support to develop the new automatic process or improve the current one for improving plant capacity and capability 

  應(yīng)用自動(dòng)化技術(shù)開發(fā)新的自動(dòng)化線或提升優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有的自動(dòng)化線，以保證及提升工廠的生產(chǎn)制造能力

• Molding technical support to develop and sustain the plant plastic parts within good quality level under working with Suzhou molding campus and molding suppliers

  與蘇州模具團(tuán)隊(duì)及注塑供應(yīng)商一起開發(fā)及維護(hù)工廠所有塑料件的品質(zhì)，以確保它們能符合質(zhì)量要求

• Mold and press maintenance management and monitor to ensure all plant plastic parts keep good performance to support production volume ramp up 

  模具和注塑機(jī)的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)管理及審核，以確保工廠的塑料件能夠滿足生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃需求的同時(shí)，亦能保證產(chǎn)能的提升

• Contribute technology to packaging change or improvement not only from automation perspective, but also from CI part 

  為產(chǎn)品外包裝的改善和提升提供技術(shù)支持，無論是從自動(dòng)化包裝方向上，還是工廠的持續(xù)改進(jìn)方面

• Utilize Lean and 6 sigma methods to improve the manufacturing process and contribute projects for plant manufacturing process improvement

  應(yīng)用精益和六西格瑪?shù)姆椒ㄌ嵘F(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)制造工藝流程，并能產(chǎn)生項(xiàng)目并主導(dǎo)完成，以提升工廠生產(chǎn)制造工藝

   

  Customers and Safety客戶和安全

• To attend to customer’s complaints on facilities system and equipment and take steps to remedy the complaints.

  致力于應(yīng)對(duì)客戶在設(shè)施系統(tǒng)及設(shè)備上的投訴并采取措施解決問題。

• To promote and enforce Machinery Safety among customers, contractors and other 

  associates in the plant.

  在客戶、承包商和工廠的其他同事中，促進(jìn)并實(shí)施機(jī)械安全。

      Education  教育

• Bachelor Degree and above.

  本科及以上

  Experience經(jīng)驗(yàn)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with project management in the following environment: Medical and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant

  至少5年醫(yī)療或藥廠等相關(guān)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施和管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

• Familiarity with Machinery Safety, Chinese National Machinery Codes and Good Practices.

  熟悉機(jī)械裝置安全，中國(guó)機(jī)械裝置法規(guī)和良好的實(shí)踐能力。

• Familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ validation process

  熟悉系統(tǒng)的安裝驗(yàn)證/運(yùn)行驗(yàn)證/生產(chǎn)驗(yàn)證。
