Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities of Commercial Audit Intern are to help CARA managers and supervisors to review and exam channel partners’ operational qualification and performance in accordance with CFDA requirement, Roche Diagnostics standard operation procedures and divisional standards, to ensure the validity and legality of their operational, regulatory, legal and financial process and records. Meanwhile, Commercial Audit Intern is also responsible to support CARA manager and supervisor facilitating Business Area partners to execute the business strategy by proper decision-validation risk assessment and risk exposure management across commercial operations.
商務(wù)審計與風(fēng)險咨詢實習(xí)生的主要職責(zé)是協(xié)助審計與風(fēng)險咨詢經(jīng)理與主管，根據(jù)CFDA的要求、羅氏診斷及商務(wù)運營部的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作流程來審核和評估渠道伙伴的運營質(zhì)量和業(yè)績表現(xiàn)，并確保其運營，法規(guī)，法律和財務(wù)流程以及所有記錄的有效性和合法性。此外，商務(wù)審計與風(fēng)險咨詢實習(xí)生應(yīng)在商務(wù)運營范圍內(nèi)，參與輔佐決策的風(fēng)險評估和有效管理風(fēng)險敞口，協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)伙伴實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Understand the processes under review by studying pre-audit information, performing analyses and documenting process.
通過研究預(yù)審信息，業(yè)績分析和文件記錄，以理解整個審計流程。
2. Assist in completing working papers, issue pages and other documents consistent with the department’s guidelines and in line with company and industry standards.
協(xié)助完成所有符合公司、部門以及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的工作底稿、發(fā)放報告及其他相關(guān)文檔。
3. Support the Commercial Audit & Risk Advisory manager and supervisor managing audit supporting
支持運營審計與風(fēng)險咨詢經(jīng)理和主管管理審計相關(guān)資料文件。
4. Assist managers and supervisors in preparing commercial risk analysis reports and in operation effectiveness and efficiency validation.
協(xié)助經(jīng)理和主管編制商務(wù)風(fēng)險分析報告、運營實施效率和效果的驗證。
5. Assist project reporting and other meeting materials.
協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備項目匯報與其他會議相關(guān)資料。
6. Support managers and supervisors in other ad-hoc assignments.
支持經(jīng)理與主管布置的其他工作內(nèi)容。
7. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition

Basic Requirements of the Job
Education& Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or Masterstudent(graduate in 2020)in accounting/auditing/computer science related subjects
會計、審計或質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)專業(yè)的大學(xué)本科或碩士在讀學(xué)生（2020年畢業(yè)）
2. Demonstrate active learning capability
積極的學(xué)習(xí)能力
3. Potential analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues of a complex nature.
較強的分析和解決問題的技巧和迅速解決復(fù)雜問題的能力
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, accounting systems and applications, and other business-related software systems.
熟練掌握微軟辦公套件，財務(wù)系統(tǒng)和程序等其他業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的軟件系統(tǒng)
5. Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.
