Job Purpose (State in a nutshell the overall objective of the role)
1. This position is the Theragran brand manager for Retail channel, responsible for Cold&Pain family brand.
2. To support SBM marketing to implement brand strategies to meet OTC BU objectives.
3. Ensure effective management of the Brand Communication and promotional activities.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved )
? Responsible for the development and management of the brand activities, calendar, budget, and communications initiatives.
? Monitoring & Tracking promotions, events, advertising, support MCM to well implement digital advertisement and merchandise, and BU official websites delivery.
? To support cross function cooperation, esp. closely cooperate with Retail Trade Marketing to ensure Bufferin performance delivery in Retail channel.
? Manage the work of creative agency ensuring outstanding levels of quality, cost effectiveness, and brand alignment to standard
? To aid market research project to understands customer needs, behaviors, motivational drivers

Background (State the required education, experience level, and competency profile)
? Education:
Bachelor degree or above
? Industry/Position experiences:
-At least 2-yr experience of Retail marketing role in MNC.
- Pharmaceutical or FMCG experience is preferable.

Good oral & written English
