產品經理（皮科）
崗位目的
根據公司相關的制度和政策，配合市場團隊，完成市場拓展活動執行、產品知識傳遞，對銷售團隊專業化培訓，管理皮科業務病人數據庫，以及線上&線下患者教育項目。
主要職責：
1、 按照皮科業務現有市場制定調研計劃方案，按時完成市場推廣活動，熟悉產品策略與活動，執行并拓展產品活動；
2、 建立皮科業務患者數據庫，并按照市場計劃確?；颊呓逃椖宽樌麍绦校?br />
3、 根據當前市場策略制作有效的推廣工具，根據市場情況，制作有效的產品宣傳相關物料；
4、 根據當前市場策略及機會點設計市場項目及項目管理，時刻跟進市場方針，確保信息的及時更新；
5、 完成上級領導交辦的其他任務。
任職資格
1、 本科及以上學歷，臨床醫學，藥學、市場營銷等專業；
2、 3年及上相關行業經驗，2年以上同崗位工作經驗，有皮膚科市場經驗佳；
3、 掌握產品專業知識，了解醫學相關專業知識；
4、 較強的計算機及網絡操作技能；
5、 優秀的自我管理能力、較強的團隊協作能力、較強的執行力；
6、 良好的溝通能力、演講能力。
