職位描述
崗位職責(zé)：1．主要負(fù)責(zé)醫(yī)藥研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓等業(yè)務(wù)；2．負(fù)責(zé)新客戶(hù)的開(kāi)發(fā)、新市場(chǎng)的拓展；3．尋找潛在客戶(hù)，客戶(hù)的聯(lián)系、跟蹤、跟進(jìn)，合同談判、簽署。
任職資格：
1.醫(yī)藥及相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)以上學(xué)歷；
2.諳熟國(guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)藥科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)、政策法規(guī)和管理等發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)；
3.至少具有二年以上從事醫(yī)藥研發(fā)或技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓工作實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
4.較強(qiáng)的商務(wù)拓展能力；
5.具備優(yōu)秀的組織管理、市場(chǎng)拓展、運(yùn)作策劃、公關(guān)談判、分析判斷、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作等綜合素質(zhì)和技能。
