職位描述
1.協(xié)助總裁處理各類信件，起草信函、演講稿、報(bào)告、文件等各類綜合性文件；
2.做好總裁辦各類文檔的保存、管理、督辦的工作；
3.合理安排、提醒總裁的日常工作時(shí)間和程序；
4.整理公司重要會(huì)議記錄及會(huì)議紀(jì)要；
5.接待訪問總裁的重要來賓；
6.完成總裁交辦的其他工作。
任職要求：
1.文秘、行政管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
2.三年以上文秘工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.工作認(rèn)真細(xì)致，有條理性、邏輯性，良好的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和職業(yè)操守，具有良好的書面寫作能力及表達(dá)能力；
4.熟練使用office軟件，優(yōu)秀的英文聽、說能力；
5.有上市公司、股份制公司經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
