職位描述主要從事氣相色譜，氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用的定性和定量分析，結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定，分析方法開發(fā)。有多年用氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用做結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，了解藥典和GMP法規(guī)，具有在藥廠從事分析檢測工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的求職者優(yōu)先考慮。A Sr. Scientist/Supervisor will be responsible for method development, method validation and stability testing of structural chemistry products within a cGMP environment. Must have extensive theoretical and hands on knowledge of structural elucidation of target/lead compounds, synthesis and purification of impurities and degradation products. Will design and conduct appropriate experiments, writing protocols, scientific reports and participating in the interpretation of data, writing protocols and reports in support of structure elucidation and validation studies.  Should have knowledge of GMP and regulatory issues (FDA, ICH, USP). Prepare detailed written reports of findings and make oral presentations of project status. Inform the project team leader/department manager on any part not meeting the timeline and work out with the responsible person to change the plan. Must be proactive and creative, willing to learn quickly, well-organized, team players, able to work independently, and should possess excellent communication skills. Will be expected to coordinate the activities of a small group of chemists/scientist. Project management experience and supervisory experience is a plus. Requires MS or Ph.D. Degree with 3+ years of analytical method development experience using analytical instrumentation, including GC and GC/MS. Experience in two or more of these instruments are required.  工作職責(zé)：1、熟練的進(jìn)行一般化學(xué)分析、氣相色譜、液相色譜、液質(zhì)聯(lián)用、氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用、多級(jí)質(zhì)譜.2、用質(zhì)譜對樣品中未知化合物進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定3、能夠很好的理解藥典（USP、EP）和其他方法和程序，在cGMP，F(xiàn)DA，ICH的相關(guān)法規(guī)下遵循藥典和其他方法進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)操作。4、編寫實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告，審核藥品檢驗(yàn)員的實(shí)驗(yàn)記錄和報(bào)告。5、協(xié)助部門主管或經(jīng)理，保證項(xiàng)目的高質(zhì)量和按時(shí)完成。任職資格：3-5年或以上相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 具有項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能同時(shí)進(jìn)行多個(gè)項(xiàng)目，有良好的解決問題的能力和良好的溝通技巧。有較強(qiáng)的主觀能動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性，能獨(dú)立和按時(shí)完成工作，同時(shí)具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
